Observation Notes:
Larvae were observed primarily 4–6 feet above ground on tree trunks, with both active individuals and others tucked into bark crevices, most often on the south-facing side of trees. The highest count on a single tree was four larvae, recorded along the Karankawa Trail just off the Boathouse Circle on the bayou side.
