P. lucifera is best guess/placeholder for species. Quite small body size. Flashing about a foot above the grass.

Male Flash Behavior:

Relatively dim, quick yellow flashes 4-6 seconds apart at 81 degrees F. Because I was walking around other parts of the survey area, I did not observe the beginning of end of the display.

Did not knowingly observe female flashes.
