Very Few vehicles were present. It is at the end of a dirt road in a small housing development (15-20 houses). Street lights were only Christmas type lights in people’s yards. Building were single family homes with internal lights on.

Observation Notes:

Found on concrete entryway next to a stone house. Glow appeared in what looked like a triangular pattern. Glow was mostly steady but did fade two times during observation and grew brighter again
