Observation Notes:

14 mm, rapid-fire flasher, with an energetic display upon being caught. He was observed in the clearing, coming out of the woodland cover and approaching an open meadow that is surrounded by oak woodlands. There is a spring-fed stream meandering nearby.

The flashes were observed in the open meadowlike area, facing north from the forest edge. They appeared 8 - 12 ft high.
