Observation Notes:

13mm, clearing in mature hardwood forest. I observed about 3 different species I was unable to catch, but only one frontalis individual.

Male Height Zone:

Moderate (3-8 ft), High (over 8 ft)

Flash Location:

First spotted as it came out of the woods, flashing. Flew over garden/driveway clearing, heading up hill from woods.

Male Flash Behavior:

Fast, regular flashes. I counted 15 flashes in 12 seconds, but it was flashing before that steadily, maybe about 30 flashes. I didn't see any particular color, just yellow-white, probably just my aging eyes.
