Habitat Type Notes:

The focal habitat consisted of a beaver-influenced wetland upstream from a culvert road crossing. The dominant vegetation in the wetland was a grass, and there were scattered willows and other trees. The herbaceous vegetation on the banks of Lake Johnson, where Pyractomena lucifera and Photinus pyralis observed in 2022 were mostly inundated by the impoundment.

Rising yellow flashes were seen along Johnson Lake Road as we arrived at the site. A female was found in the stone rip rap near the Thompson Creek culvert.
