Habitat Type Notes:

Improved spring with small pool that contains desert pupfish. Sedges, saturated soil in some spots. On ridge above Bass and Double R drainages about .25 miles away where fireflies occur. Surrounded by mesquite and oak trees. Site is just off road - TNC property.

Males are low to ground but wind is gusting. No more flashes after it started to rain at 8:10. Continuous fast flashing with just one single flash.
