Power line at top of the hill, field almost entirely made up of 8-10 different species of plant, most tall grasses and flowering plants, most not in bloom, five deer were spotted at 7:58 hanging around the unmaintained grassland, species of spider and beetle spotted, katydids spotted, many different moths and leafhoppers, two dragonflies spotted, one praying mantis, eastern wood-pewees spotted hunting at 8:28, bats spotted at 8:41, Barred owls heard at 9:10

only flashing on some trees, 50ft~, they were concentrated within a grouping of trees 8~ meters from survey site and very few were seen in the trees and bushes within survey site
