Open Riparian area in wide canyon between east fork of Black River and the road. River here is beaver dammed. Dominant vegetation: Carex, Potentilla, Rosa, and several Asteraceae species with scattered Alnus. Ponderosa Pine more upland.

No individuals were captured and identified/photographed due to arriving on the site after dark, with uncertain hazards, and high flying individuals. First and last flash time also inferred – we were not on the site for first or last flash.
