Observation Notes:
Flashes were seen high up in trees, oak, maple, pine, at least 13 meters high. Flashes were green, came in pairs, and were very fast. The flash pattern lasted a minute or two and then there was a lull of about 5 minutes before the flashes started up again. Observed at least 4 individuals, may be up to 8 or 10 travelling from tree to tree around a backyard.

Flashes were seen high up in trees, oak, maple, pine, at least 13 meters high. Flashes were green, came in pairs, and were very fast. The flash pattern lasted a minute or two and then there was a lull of about 5 minutes before the flashes started up again. Observed at least 4 individuals, may be up to 8 or 10 travelling from tree to tree around a backyard.
Male Flash Behavior:
Flashes were very fast, less than a second, and in pairs. Observed one flash pattern of 4 flashes. Did not observe response flashes. High up in trees, at least 13 meters from the ground. Flashes appeared green. There was a flurry of flashes, then a lull of several minutes before flashes were observed again. This happened about 4 times in 45 minutes.
