We were right by the Mall of GA, but glare and light trespass weren't noticed since we were down an embankment. Skyglow was pretty bright.

Caught this one at 10:15 pm, but let it go since we thought it was another Loopy 5. Didn't record a FP, but was noted to have multiple quick flashes and then a looping pattern.
