Thank you for submitting this observation, and apologies for taking so long to weigh in! This firefly is Photinus tenuicinctus, based on the pale-tipped scutellum, dark pygidium, and dark abdominal segments. Photinus brimleyi is very similar, but has wider yellow outer margins on the elytra and an entirely pale scutellum.
