Thanks for this submission! Based on the habitat, location, flash period, and the photo, this firefly appears to be in the genus Pyractomena. It is likely Pyractomena dispersa (IUCN Red List page: https://www.iucnredlist.org/species/164044858/166771363), which is found further west than most other members of its genus.
